For this Sovereign Vault Halloween collection, Air Force receives nine different helmet concepts, each taking the Falcons into a darker October world of haunted skies, eerie landscapes, supernatural creatures and military-inspired imagery.
Some stay relatively close to the recognizable Air Force identity. Others abandon the flight plan entirely.

The 9 Air Force Halloween Helmet Concepts
A blazing jack-o'-lantern dominates this concept while a dark mountain landscape rises behind it. Air Force blue keeps the helmet connected to the Falcons while the glowing orange face brings Halloween immediately to the forefront.
This design heads into darker territory with a menacing skull, distressed metallic details and aircraft silhouettes cutting through the background. It feels part fighter squadron, part haunted hangar.
A pale ghost sweeps across a dark blue shell while the mountainous background and orange Halloween accents keep the scene atmospheric. Of the nine concepts, this may be the most unapologetically supernatural.
A fierce falcon and crescent moon give this helmet a darker take on familiar Air Force imagery. Rather than replacing the team's identity, the Halloween theme transforms it into something that looks built for a night game.
Orange moonlight fills the sky as a witch-like silhouette crosses the scene above the mountains. This concept leans heavily into classic Halloween imagery while retaining the blue foundation of Air Force.
Scratches, rivets and a bold lightning motif give Helmet #6 a rougher, almost armored appearance. It looks less like something freshly issued and more like a helmet that has survived a particularly unpleasant October night.
An ominous gothic structure rises beneath a moonlit sky with pumpkins glowing below. Air Force and Halloween imagery meet in one of the collection's more cinematic designs.
Feathers, skeletal imagery and a star-filled blue background give this helmet an eerie fantasy feel. The result is recognizably inspired by Air Force while being very far removed from a conventional Saturday uniform.
A huge orange moon hangs over a graveyard silhouette, creating the darkest landscape of the nine. Crosses, crooked trees and the dramatic skyline turn the side of the helmet into a miniature Halloween scene.
Why Air Force Works So Well as a Halloween Helmet
Air Force gives a Halloween designer an unusually large playground. Flight, darkness, altitude, aircraft, falcons and moonlit skies can all be pushed toward horror without losing the basic identity of the team.
The familiar blue palette also works naturally with Halloween's darker side. Instead of forcing every concept into orange and black, these helmets can use midnight blue, silver and white while allowing pumpkins, moons and fire to provide the warmer Halloween accents.
